Born and raised in the USA , I was career oriented towards interior design, then married an Italian man and had two beautiful girls after traveling the world together. Life sounds pretty idyllic on paper. During 2020, my husband passed away and I found myself quickly moving into Italy as a widow with no clue what to do next. And to my surprise I also found myself firmly planted in Perimenopause. No one spoke to me about what to expect or how to manage the rush of symptoms. It has been a labor of love finding my vitality again and I hope to help other women find it too.
